Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl whisk together the egg, milk, honey, bacon fat, and bacon.
- Stir the flour in, ½ cup at a time until full incorporated.
- Knead the dough until fully combined.
- Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface into a 4” by 12” rectangle.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut out 4” by ½” sticks until all the dough has been used.
- Line the sticks on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be kept for up to a week.
