Dog Yoga?!

I've seen a lot about Doga lately as it is becoming increasingly popular; Dog Yoga.
It is exercises that you and your dog can take part in to benefit both of yours health and bond.

It was first taught in 2002 over in America by a lady whos dog loved to sit and watch her owner perform yoga, she then began lifting them into poses and incorporating her dog into the routines, the trend soon caught on...

It will take a patient and well tempremented dog to get into the swing of things straight away, although studies have shown that your dog can relax into the routines with you after about 4-6 weeks worth of classes.
However The UK charity Dogs Trust have also warned that unsupervised Doga may impact the welfare of the dogs, stating: "It is important to remember that dogs can't tell us when they have had enough. Doga, and any variation of it, should always be carried out under the watchful eye of trained professionals"

Here's a video for you to watch examples and see how it is performed during classes:

Ridiculous or Brilliant?
