Shrimp at Sea

This is Shrimp, my dog, who we've had since 9 weeks old, her proper name is 'Missy' which is what me and my older sister named her, but after many nicknames 'Shrimp' is the one thats stuck, i named her this due to her lovely deep black eyes, making her look like a shrimp.

 She is now 13 years old and quite over weight, due to steroid tablets she is on for her skin condition that she suffers from.
 This is a holiday my mom took her on as she thought it may be her last as she has been ill for quite some time and struggles to walk, yet she proved us all wrong when she visited the beach! She ran (waddled) as fast as she could to dip her toes in the water. After loosing her best friend and companion Milly (our other dog) to a tumour, she has become quite independent and adapted very well to the loss.

                           So a treat to the beach and a two week holiday was what shrimp got!
